Robert Ramsey, 58, of Winnebago, died on July 7, 2026, while held at the Columbia County Jail in Wisconsin. The Columbia County Sheriff's Office said he was found unresponsive in his cell. The sheriff's office said an autopsy on July 8 determined that he died from a medical event.
