Robert Parker
Robert Wayne Parker, 48, was held at the Bexar County Jail in San Antonio, Texas. According to the Bexar County Sheriff's Office, another person held in his cell attacked him on June 2, 2025, and a facility nurse saw the assault and staff responded. He was taken to Brooke Army Medical Center on life support, and his family later decided to remove him from it. The Texas Rangers are investigating the attack as a homicide, and the sheriff's office has opened an internal administrative investigation. The Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office lists the cause of death as complications of blunt force trauma to the head.
