Robert Moungey, 29, died in his cell at Green Bay Correctional Institution in Allouez, Wisconsin, on May 3, 2018. The Brown County Sheriff, John Gossage, said he died by hanging and that investigators believed it was suicide. Investigators were waiting on toxicology results before ruling out a crime.
