Robert Manning-Harris
Robert L. Manning-Harris, 39, of Eau Claire, died at the Eau Claire County Jail, where he had been held since August 2, 2025. He was found unresponsive in his cell on August 4, according to the Eau Claire County Sheriff's Office. The sheriff's office said an autopsy by the Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office found no traumatic injuries, and toxicology results are still pending. The Dunn County Sheriff's Office is investigating the death, and the cause and manner have not yet been determined.
