Robert L. Manning-Harris
Robert L. Manning-Harris, 39, of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, died on August 4, 2025, while held at the Eau Claire County Jail, according to the Wisconsin Examiner. Eau Claire County Sheriff Dave Riewestahl said he was found unresponsive in his cell two days after being taken into custody. The sheriff said an autopsy by the Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office found no traumatic injuries, and toxicology results are still pending. The neighboring Dunn County Sheriff's Office is investigating the death, and its cause and manner have not yet been determined.
