Robert Inderbitzen, 49, died on January 29, 2022, while held at the Stanislaus County jail. The Stanislaus County Sheriff's Office said he cut his arms with a blade from a shaving razor and that it appeared to be a suicide. The Sheriff's Office said the death was not related to the death of another man at the jail the day after. He had been arrested in Modesto four days before he died.
