Robert Horn
Robert Alfred Horn, 70, was held at the Harris County Jail in Texas, and a custodial death report from the state Attorney General's Office lists his death there on October 26, 2022. The report says he suffered a medical emergency while sitting in a chair. Houston Public Media reported that he was brought into the Harris County Joint Processing Center in late October and pronounced dead at St. Joseph Hospital two days later. Advocates said his attorney was not told of his death, which they called a concerning lapse in communication between the jail and defense lawyers.
