Robert Harbin, 58, died by suicide at the Montgomery County Jail in Dayton, Ohio, on the morning of Sunday, October 27, 2019, according to sheriff's office leaders. Sheriff's office leaders said he was held in a large fourth-floor cell with eight to ten other people, was not on suicide watch, and showed no warning signs of mental or emotional stress.
