Robert Eloy Garcia Jr.
Robert Eloy Garcia Jr., 35, died on April 13, 2016, after being held at the Uintah County Jail in Vernal, Utah. Staff found him alone and unresponsive in his cell, and he was taken to Ashley Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. The Duchesne County Sheriff's Office took over the investigation under Utah law, and the medical examiner has yet to determine the cause of death. No manner of death has been established.
