Robert Elmo Davenport
Robert Elmo Davenport was 54 and had a history of major depression. He died on April 3, 2015, at the Hampton Roads Regional Jail in Virginia, where a Justice Department report says he was found hanging in his cell. Davenport had filed a grievance saying his requests to see a psychiatrist had been put off several times. The Justice Department report says he had still not seen a psychiatrist when he died.
