Robert D. Williams
Robert D. Williams died on March 3, 2023, at Rockview state prison in Centre County, Pennsylvania, where he was held by the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections. The Department of Corrections lists his death as a suicide, and the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency's dashboard records the same manner of death. A Centre Daily Times report from May 2023 says that two of the four Rockview deaths reported that year remained under investigation by the Centre County Coroner's Office, without saying which deaths those were.
