Robert Buell
Robert Buell was executed by lethal injection on September 25, 2002, at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility in Lucasville. His sister, Carole Bye of Cincinnati, said she had eventually forgiven him, and she attended his burial at the prison cemetery near Chillicothe with her son, crying as she looked into his open casket.
