Robert Brown
Robert Brown, 52, of Johnson, Vermont, was held at the Northeast Correctional Complex in St. Johnsbury from November 2023. On February 27, 2024, he was released on medical furlough because of his worsening medical condition and taken to the University of Vermont Medical Center, where he died on March 5, 2024. The Vermont Department of Corrections said the death does not appear suspicious at this time, and that it has notified the Defender General's Prisoners' Rights Office and opened an administrative review.
