Died in jail or a lockup
Ricky Lee Brock
Ricky Lee Brock, 23, died while held at the Pulaski County Justice Center in Winamac, Indiana, on May 27, 2006. According to a Pulaski County Sheriff's Department press release, jail staff found him ill during a routine check and took him to Pulaski Memorial Hospital. After about two hours of evaluation he was returned to the jail, where he was later found unresponsive and declared dead. The sheriff's office said the autopsy results were pending, and the coroner, the Indiana State Police and the sheriff's office were continuing the investigation into his death.
