Richard Newman
Richard Newman, 68, was held at SCI Camp Hill in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and was found unresponsive in his cell on the morning of August 28, 2026. The Pennsylvania Department of Corrections said he was pronounced dead at 8:55 a.m. The department says his cause of death has not been determined. The Pennsylvania State Police and the Cumberland County Coroner's Office are investigating.
