Richard Martin
Richard Martin, 62, of Sacramento, died on December 31, 2019, after he was beaten in a shower area at the Rio Cosumnes Correctional Center in Elk Grove, where he was held. The Sacramento County Sheriff's Office said his death was a homicide carried out by another person held at the jail. Coroner records identified him.
