Richard Lambert
Richard Lambert, 31, of Moses Lake, died at the Grant County Jail on December 31, 2024. Corrections deputies said they found him in his bed after he did not show up for breakfast, and emergency responders were unable to revive him. The cause of death had not been released, and the coroner was awaiting laboratory results. Two corrections deputies were placed on administrative leave while the Central Basin Investigative Team investigated, and the Washington Attorney General's Office later declined to file criminal charges.
