Richard Jason Reed
Richard Jason Reed was 35 and came from Etowah County. He died on May 2, 2020, while held at Bullock Correctional Facility in Union Springs. The Alabama Department of Corrections said foul play was not suspected and that he had shown no symptoms of COVID-19. His cause of death was left to a full autopsy, and the findings were not made public in the reports that followed.
