Richard James
Richard James, 61, was held at the Medical Center for Federal Prisoners in Springfield, Missouri. He tested positive for COVID-19 on December 10, 2020, and was taken to a Springfield hospital days later, where he died on December 27. The facility said he died from complications of the virus and had long-term pre-existing medical conditions, according to a KY3 report.
