Richard Harley
Richard Harley, 33, of Fouke, died on December 23, 2021, while held at the Miller County Detention Center in Arkansas. The Miller County Sheriff's Office said he was discovered hanging in his cell and that he had been checked about an hour earlier and appeared fine. He was pronounced dead at 10:09 a.m., and the sheriff's office said it does not suspect foul play. His body was sent for autopsy, and the Arkansas State Police are investigating his death.
