Richard G. Pierce
Richard G. Pierce, 88, died on October 24, 2024, at Dodge Correctional Institution in Wisconsin, according to the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. He was from Michigan, had served as a sailor in the U.S. Coast Guard based in Sturgeon Bay, and had been married since 1966. The Department of Corrections has not given a cause or manner of death, and his brother declined to be interviewed.
