Richard Coe
Richard Coe, 56, was held in Douglas County when, on the morning of January 6, 2017, the Douglas County Sheriff's Department said Coe showed signs of medical distress. Omaha Fire and Rescue took Coe to a hospital, where Coe died at 11:02. The sheriff's department opened the investigation that state law requires for any death in custody, and the manner of death remains pending.
