Ricardo Roberts
Ricardo Roberts, 60, died on January 19, 2026, at Inova Fairfax Hospital while being treated for chronic medical issues, the Alexandria Sheriff's Office said. He had been in the custody of the Alexandria Sheriff's Office since December 24, 2025, and had received hospital care at Inova Alexandria Hospital from December 31 before being transferred. The Alexandria Police Department and the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner are investigating his death, and the Sheriff's Office said it will conduct an internal review.
