Renarto Mizzell
Renarto Mizzell, 47, died on July 23, 2017 at the Chesapeake jail in Chesapeake, Virginia. The Chesapeake Sheriff's Office said he suffered a medical emergency and that correctional security and medical staff tried life-saving measures until paramedics arrived.
