Died in jail or a lockup
Rekeitha Calhoun
Rekeitha Calhoun, 35, died on March 10, 2009, while held at the Shelby County Jail in Texas. Sheriff's investigators said she was found unconscious in her jail cell around midday, about thirty minutes after a jailer had brought her lunch. She was taken to Shelby Regional Medical Center, where she later died. Investigators said they were awaiting autopsy results to determine how she died.
