Raymond Walters
Raymond Walters, 34, died on November 16, 2021, at Miami Valley Hospital after being held at the Montgomery County Jail. The sheriff's office said jail staff suspected he may have taken an unknown substance and called for medics. The Montgomery County coroner later attributed his death to methamphetamine intoxication and ruled it accidental.
