Raymond Wallace Shuman
Raymond Wallace Shuman, 83, died on February 2, 2018, at a hospital in Carson City after being sent there from the Northern Nevada Correctional Center, where he was held. The Nevada Department of Corrections said he died in the afternoon at Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center. Sources report he had spent most of his adult life in Nevada correctional facilities, and the department said his next of kin had been notified. The Carson City Sheriff's Office said it would conduct an autopsy, and the department has scheduled one under state law, but no cause or manner of death has been reported.
