Raymond Michael Sanders Jr.
Raymond Sanders, 32, died on March 3, 2026, at the Lansing Correctional Facility in Lansing, Kansas. The Kansas Department of Corrections said staff found him unresponsive in his cell, and that staff and emergency medical personnel tried to revive him without success. The department says the cause of death is pending an independent autopsy, and the Kansas Bureau of Investigation and the department are investigating the death.
