Raymond Arthur Julian
Raymond Julian, 67, was described by friends as a good, kind-hearted man who would help anyone he could and who was devoted to his wife for many years. He died on December 20, 2023, at the St. Cloud Minnesota Correctional Facility in St. Cloud, Minnesota, where he was held in the custody of the Minnesota Department of Corrections.
