Ray Charles Hill
Ray Charles Hill, 67, died of heart disease at the Duplin County jail in North Carolina on January 8, 2023. A state Department of Health and Human Services investigation found gaps of as long as three hours in detention officers' supervision of Ray Charles Hill.
