Raul Martinez, 26, of Bullhead City, died on July 28, 2022, while held at the Mohave County Adult Detention Facility in Arizona. According to 12News, he had been kept in the jail's medical ward for observation when staff found him unresponsive in his cell early that morning. He was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
