Raquel L. Saldivar, a 31-year-old woman from Kansas City, Kansas, died on May 23, 2023, while held at the Leavenworth County Jail in Kansas. According to the reporting, she was found unresponsive in her cell in the early morning, and EMS pronounced her dead a short time later.
