Raphael Milligan
Raphael Milligan, 41, died on July 21, 2022, while held at Augusta State Medical Prison in Grovetown, Georgia. A prison reform group claims he was beaten to death by his cellmate in an isolation cell. The Augusta Press reported that a person held in the same unit has since been identified in connection with the death.
