Randy Webber
Randy Webber, 51, died at the Penobscot County Jail in August 2024. According to the Bangor Police Department and the Penobscot County Sheriff's Office, he was found unresponsive in his housing unit on the morning of Aug. 12, and staff and the Bangor Fire Department tried to save him, but he never regained consciousness. The death date given is Aug. 14, which differs from the date he was found unresponsive. The Bangor Police Department is still investigating, and the manner of death has not been determined.
