Randy L. Houghwot
Randy Houghwot was held at Rockview state prison in Centre County, Pennsylvania, in the custody of the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections. The Centre Daily Times reported that he was found unresponsive in his cell on Aug. 31, 2022, and that he was taken to Mount Nittany Medical Center, where he died on Sept. 3, 2022. Centre County Coroner Scott Sayers said he died by suicide, and state death-in-custody records list the manner of death as suicide. The Pennsylvania State Police said they would investigate the death.
