Randy Aguilar
Randy Aguilar, 29, died on October 23, 2017, while held at the Arizona State Prison Complex-Phoenix in Phoenix. The Arizona Department of Corrections said staff found him in his cell during a security check and tried life-saving measures until paramedics arrived. The department attributed his death to self-harm. He had been returned to state custody on October 17 after a finding that he had violated the terms of his community supervision.
