Randolph Roy Dogan
Randolph Roy Dogan, 63, was held at the Tyger River Correctional Institution in South Carolina. The South Carolina Department of Corrections said he died from complications of coronavirus on August 27, 2020, and that he had several underlying medical conditions. He tested positive for the virus in July, was discharged to a state infirmary, and was hospitalized again in August before he died at an outside facility.
