Ralph Goodman
Ralph Goodman, 39, died on April 16, 2016, at High Desert State Prison in Indian Springs, Nevada, where he was in the custody of the Nevada Department of Corrections. The department said that while an officer was escorting him to his housing unit, two other men ran across the yard and attacked him in what it described as a stabbing. It said officers used pepper spray and restrained the attackers, and that he was pronounced dead that afternoon. The Clark County coroner's office is conducting an autopsy to determine the cause of death, and the department's Inspector General's office is investigating.
