Ralkina Jones
Ralkina Jones, 37, died on July 26, 2015, while held in a police holding cell at the Cleveland Heights police department in Ohio. She was found unresponsive in the cell. During her time in custody she was taken to a hospital, and paramedics visited her there. The cause and manner of her death are not given in the account I was working from.
