Rafael Rosario

Rafael Rosario, 65, was held at Blackwater River Correctional Facility in Santa Rosa County, Florida, and died in hospital on April 15, 2020. The Florida Department of Health attributed his death to COVID-19, one of four people from the prison who died of the coronavirus.
