Rachel Johnson
Rachel Johnson, 32, was held at the Hamilton County Jail in Tennessee. The Hamilton County Sheriff's Office said she was found unresponsive there on August 30, 2024, and she was taken to a hospital, placed on life support, and taken off it on September 2, when she was pronounced dead. The sheriff's office said a substance suspected to be fentanyl was found on the ground next to her. The district attorney has asked the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation to review the investigation, and the cause and manner of death remain pending.
