Rachel Gwen Rollins
Rachel Rollins, 30, was found dead in her cell at the Grundy County Jail in Altamont, Tennessee, at about 7 a.m. on March 14, 2022, during a cell check. Grundy County Sheriff Clint Shrum said she was alone in the cell and appeared to have passed out from a possible medical issue. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has taken over the case and is looking into her death.
