Rachel Cole
Rachel Cole, 28, died on April 28, 2021, while held at the Clark County Detention Center in Clark County, Kentucky. Kentucky State Police said she had a medical emergency and was taken to Clark County Regional Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead. Her body was sent to the State Medical Examiner's Office in Louisville for an autopsy, and the cause of death has not yet been publicly determined.
