Rachel Barnes, 33, of Valparaiso, died at the LaPorte County Jail in LaPorte County, Indiana, in the early hours of Sunday, April 19, 2015. A deputy monitoring cameras noticed she had not moved while she was in a holding cell in the processing area, and deputies found her unresponsive.
