Quinn P. Annable
Quinn P. Annable was 20 and lived in Newark, Delaware. According to the Delaware State Police, he suffered a medical emergency in his cell at the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution in Wilmington in October 2021 and was taken to Christiana Hospital in critical condition. The Department of Correction released him on October 8 while he was still hospitalized, and the State Police said he died there on October 12. A Department of Correction news release gave October 16 as his date of death while held at the facility, so the two accounts disagree on the date, and the cause and manner of death were still pending.
