Quentin J. Fennell
Quentin J. Fennell, 40, of Decatur, died on May 20, 2026, while held at the Henry County Jail in Georgia, where he had been since May 7 awaiting court. The Henry County Sheriff's Office said he suffered a medical emergency and could not be saved, and it has not released a cause of death or the timing of the emergency. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is investigating the death.
