Quang Truong
Quang Truong, 68, died on September 24, 2026, at St. Joseph Hospital in Houston, after a medical emergency while in the custody of the Harris County Jail, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Office. The sheriff's office said he had been receiving treatment at the hospital since September 22. The Texas Rangers are conducting the outside investigation required by state law, and an autopsy by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences will determine the cause and manner of death.
