Quadir Boykin
Quadir Boykin, 46, of Menifee, died at the Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility in Banning, California, on December 29, 2025. According to Riverside County officials, the incident began around 12:40 a.m., when jail staff found him unresponsive in his cell. Corrections and medical staff performed lifesaving measures until paramedics arrived, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. The county says an investigation is ongoing into the cause of his death.
