Prof. Webster
A Boston Courier report, reprinted in the Danbury Times on September 11, 1850, describes the funeral of Prof. Webster. His body was taken from the jail on a Friday evening and carried to his house in Cambridge, where Dr. Walker conducted the services. He was then buried in the family tomb at Mount Auburn.
