Phillip Hallford
Phillip Hallford, 63, was executed by lethal injection by the State of Alabama at Holman Prison on November 4, 2010, according to an Associated Press report. The Alabama Department of Corrections also recorded the execution at Holman Correctional Facility in Atmore. He declined to make a final statement before the execution.
Cause of death, as reported: Executed by the state. His daughter says he sexually abused her and forced her to take part in the crime, which is not an objection to the execution itself.
